As a Locum NP or PA in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in assessing and managing patients in critical condition, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care. Requirements

• Associate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program
• Active NP or PA license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Must be board-certified

Nice To Haves

• Experience with electronic health record systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients in a high-pressure environment
