Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Valid medical license to practice in the state
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Compassionate approach to patient care and understanding of patient needs
A commitment to a team-based approach in providing care
Ability to build rapport with patients and families effectively
Must be board-certified

Nice To Haves

Experience in palliative care, geriatrics, or internal medicine is preferred

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive palliative care assessments and recommendations
Collaborate with patient families and healthcare teams for holistic treatment
Develop individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
Conduct regular patient evaluations and document care progress
