About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in various case types
• Strong clinical knowledge
• Ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and the care team
• BLS and ACLS required

Nice To Haves

• PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
• Provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Take weekday call approximately once a month and twice a year on weekends.
• Provide in-house OB CRNA call (24 hours).
• Handle General, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB cases.
• Handle approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac cases including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE.
• Work in a Care Team Model where OR cases are medically directed and OB CRNAs are supervised.
• Perform medically directed cardiac cases.
• Perform cases where some CRNAs do hearts.
