About The Position

Access Healthcare Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a qualified Locum CRNA to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a patient-centered approach to care. This locum opportunity offers flexibility while allowing the CRNA to work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
• Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Virginia
• Minimum of 1–3 years of CRNA experience preferred
• Proficiency in various case types
• Strong clinical knowledge
• Ability to provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BLS required
• ACLS required

Nice To Haves

• PALS and other advanced certifications as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care across a range of clinical settings.
• Work within a collaborative, well-supported anesthesia care team.
• Administer anesthesia for General, Neuro, Ortho, OB, Urology, GYN, Ophthalmology, and Endoscopy cases.
• Provide anesthesia care to diverse patient populations.
• Work 8s, 10s, 12s, and 24s shifts as required.
• Work full-time hours weekly.
• Work holiday shifts as preferred.
• Participate in in-house call and holiday call as preferred.
• Provide anesthesia care with a supervision ratio of 1:4.
