Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications
• Attention to detail and strong clinical judgment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Availability to work flexible hours as required
• Must be board-certified

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a CRNA is preferred but not mandatory
• Spinal, regional, epidural, OB, neurosurgical spine, complex vascular (except open heart), complex orthopedics, vent management, central and arterial line insertion

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and anesthesia levels during procedures
• Provide post-anesthesia care and assess recovery
• Educate patients and their families about anesthesia procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards within the practice
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
