About The Position

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia educational program (or equivalent)
- Current and valid CRNA certification and state licensure in good standing
- Associate-level experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong proficiency in airway management, invasive monitoring, and anesthesia techniques
- Knowledge of anesthesia equipment, pharmacology, and emergency response protocols
- Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with care teams
- Ability to work flexible, on-site schedules as required by contract assignments
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Must be board-certified

Responsibilities
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for surgical and diagnostic procedures
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed throughout procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage airway and ventilation, including intubation and extubation, during all phases of anesthesia care
- Document anesthesia interventions, patient responses, and post-operative evaluations accurately
- Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management support in the recovery setting
- Respond promptly to emergencies and adverse reactions during anesthesia administration
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory of anesthesia supplies and medications, ensuring readiness for procedures
