Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Nursing with CRNA certification
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Collaboration skills with multi-disciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
- Must be board-certified
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA preferred
- 3 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members
- Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop anesthesia plans
- Provide post-anesthesia care and monitoring
