Requirements

  • Active CRNA license
  • Associate degree in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
  • Experience in administering anesthesia in surgical settings
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and drug administration
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care
  • Must be board-certified

Responsibilities

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia as necessary
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia care plans
  • Provide pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia care
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
  • Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately
  • Educate patients and their families regarding anesthesia and safety
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
