About The Position

This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care within a dynamic medical practice environment. In this role, you will provide essential anesthesia care in a variety of surgical settings, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Anesthesia or Nursing
• Current certification as an Anesthesiologist Assistant (AA) or CRNA
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of anesthesia practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Experience in a variety of surgical procedures preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Board certification required

• Level I Trauma experience

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during procedures
• Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans
• Assess patients’ medical histories and conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process
• Manage anesthesia-related complications and emergencies
• Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor recovery
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
• Stay updated on best practices and advances in anesthesia techniques
