Job Summary: The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests while ensuring that all areas of the locker room are maintained in a clean, organized, and welcoming manner. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
Requirements
- Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and common areas.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed.
- Ensure that lockers are clean and available for use.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
- Provide assistance with locker assignments and troubleshooting any locker-related issues.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a sanitary and safe locker room.
- Assist in laundering and folding towels as necessary.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
