About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Men’s/Ladies Pinehurst Country Club Locker Rooms. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the locker rooms, providing services to members, and assisting with various operational tasks.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or (GED) required.
• A minimum of one month related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times.

Responsibilities

• Replenish Locker Room supplies.
• Keep Locker Rooms clean, neat and orderly.
• Mop floors, dust, vacuum carpeted areas, and remove trash.
• Clean bathroom and shower room areas, including toilets, showers, and urinals.
• Maintain cleanliness of lower level areas at all times.
• Provide service to Members as needed.
• Provide shoe cleaning service and replace spikes as requested.
• Assist with the needs of organized groups.
• Be knowledgeable as to how a Member uses the computers for posting and Golf Sign-ups.
• Issue lockers to Members and request locker signage.
• Maintain keys for lockers.
• Wipe down lockers.
• Report any maintenance needs to maintenance/management, such as burned out light bulbs.
• Assist Members with reserving bridge tables.
• Set up Coffee Breaks and ice water station as directed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times.
• Assist staff with inventory control of locker room supplies.
• Attend staff meetings as scheduled.
