About The Position

Maintain, organize, and clean the ladies’ locker room at Broken Sound Country Club, ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming for members and guests. The attendant keeps amenities and towels available, handles towel and linen washing, cleans locker-room areas and equipment, and assists members with questions and requests. The role also includes reporting equipment problems and supply needs, maintaining locker records, and assisting housekeeping as needed. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D., or at least one month of related experience or training.
Ability to interact effectively with the public.
Ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Regularly lift or move 10 to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds; and occasionally move up to 80 pounds with equipment assistance.
Regularly stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear; frequently climb or balance.

Responsibilities

Remain on duty in the locker room and be available to members.
Clean bathrooms, showers, and locker areas; mop, vacuum, wipe surfaces, and maintain tidiness.
Keep amenities and towels readily available for members.
Wash towels and linens; clean the washing machine and dryer lint trap daily.
Report equipment problems to the Housekeeping Director.
Change shoelaces and spikes upon request.
Carefully clean members’ golf shoes and return them to the member’s locker.
Keep locker add/delete sheets up to date and submit them to the Housekeeping Manager monthly.
Clean and vacuum locker areas daily; empty trash receptacles daily.
Clean the tops and interiors of lockers, air-conditioning vents, and light fixtures monthly.
Work as a team and assist housekeeping when needed.
Maintain a pleasant, courteous, warm, and welcoming manner with members and guests; greet members and answer their questions.
Inform the Housekeeping Supervisor when supplies are needed.
Fold and roll hand towels.
Follow Broken Sound Country Club’s rules and regulations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
