About The Position

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the Men’s/Ladies Pinehurst Country Club Locker Rooms. This role involves supervising locker room staff, managing the locker room rental program, and ensuring the overall operation and cleanliness of the locker rooms. The position also includes providing services to members, assisting with organized groups, and maintaining a professional environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or (GED) required
  • A minimum of one month related experience
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the Locker Room Staff, Locker Room Rental Program and the overall Locker Room Operation.
  • Replenish Locker Room supplies.
  • Keep Locker Rooms clean, neat and orderly.
  • Mop floors, dust, vacuum carpeted areas, and remove trash.
  • Clean bathroom and shower room areas. i.e. toilets, showers, urinals.
  • Maintain cleanliness of lower level areas at all times to include, but not limited to, Putterboy Way, Board Rooms, posting areas, Membership Offices
  • Provide service to Members as needed
  • Provide shoe cleaning service and replace spikes as requested
  • Assist with the needs of the Organized groups
  • Be knowledgeable as to how a Member uses the computers for posting and Golf Sign-ups
  • Issue lockers to Members and request locker signage.
  • Maintain keys for lockers.
  • Wipe down lockers.
  • Report any maintenance needs to maintenance/management i.e. burned out light bulbs, etc..
  • Assist Members with reserving bridge tables
  • Set up Coffee Breaks and ice water station as directed
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
  • Assist staff with inventory control of locker room supplies.
  • Attend staff meetings as scheduled
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
