Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
6 months of successful work experience
Computer & mechanical aptitude
Reliable with excellent attendance required
Problem-Solving Ability
Strong Communication skills

Nice To Haves

Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a bonus.
Experience in theme parks, hospitality, or equipment maintenance is a big plus.

Responsibilities

Assist guests with locker rental, including rental and operation.
Answer guest questions regarding locker services.
Troubleshoot and resolve locker issues.
Clean lockers and locker areas.
Handle cash transactions.
Perform minor/routine maintenance and cleaning of lockers.
Ensure every guest interaction meets high standards of service and satisfaction.
Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with other employees and Universal Studios staff.
Practice safe work processes to assure the safety of visitors and employees.
Perform duties in an honest, reliable, and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.
