Locker Associate - West Edmonton Mall - Part-time
About The Position
Smarte Carte is seeking a Locker Associate for their West Edmonton Mall location. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, requiring availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to mall and waterpark patrons, performing daily cleaning of Smarte Carte lockers, and conducting preventative maintenance and repairs as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or someone looking for supplemental income, with all necessary training provided. Smarte Carte is a global provider of travel and leisure infrastructure solutions with over 50 years of experience and partnerships with more than 3,500 venues.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of successful work experience
- Computer & mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Reliable; excellent attendance required.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Perform minor/ routine maintenance and cleaning of lockers.
- Provide courteous service while assisting customers with locker rentals.
- Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with other employees and West Edmonton Mall staff.
- Practice safe work processes; assuring safety of visitors and employees.
- Perform duties in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
