About The Position

As a Receivables Processor, you will be supporting the Bank's Receivable Operation, which enables customers to accept electronic and traditional paper-based payments. You will capture remittance information using efficient technology and will transfer information to output files and reporting. You will work with a team of Receivable Processors to expedite collections of payments and the posting of payment information while focusing on delivering a high level of customer service and providing a professional, prompt, and accurate banking experience. Your key responsibilities will include data entry, basic quality control, and balancing/reconciliation of deposits. You will be responsible for supporting the Receivables Supervisor in executing a comprehensive, prompt, and efficient client experience. You will support the daily workflow and ensure a smooth and efficient operation. You will execute a variety of routine tasks which may include sorting mail, data entry, extracting payments and/or correspondence, reviewing payments to ensure accuracy, and scanning of deposits using high-speed optical scanners. Ensure strict processing deadlines are met prior to designated cutoff times.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Ability to 10 key by touch and perform alphanumeric data entry with a high level of accuracy
• Entry level speaking and writing communications skills
