About The Position

This role supports the National Lockbox team within operations and is responsible for processing customer payments using the Falcon machine in a production-based environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and sorting mail, extracting and verifying payment information, and accurately processing transactions such as credit card, finance, and mortgage payments within established timelines. The position requires maintaining a consistent workflow while meeting defined productivity and quality expectations, including processing a targeted volume of items and ensuring accuracy in all transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to two years or more of related work experience
  • Strong PC skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
