About The Position

The Locator II analyzes spatial data, designs and maintains digital maps and geographic databases, and converts physical maps to digital formats. The role also creates data visualizations and reports, leads special projects, and supports the development of junior staff. The position is based on-site in Boise, Idaho, with remote work potentially considered for qualified candidates residing in Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Montana, Oregon, Washington, or Wyoming.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of progressive GIS or geography experience.
• Advanced math and mapping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS tools.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities
