Reporting to the Territory/Location Manager, the Location Support Representative role will be primarily responsible for directing incoming calls, greeting customers, and general office support.

Requirements

  • 2 Years of Receptionist/Office Assistant Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior experience and familiarity of multi-line switchboard and Microsoft Office Systems: Excel, Word, Teams, and Office
  • Excellent work ethic, good verbal, time management and communication skills; ability to work independently and as a part of a team; ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and through the direction of a Territory Manager; work well with others, and ability to explain your work and/or train them on your efforts
  • Strong interpersonal communications, analytical and problem solving, organizational and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to frequently sit

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of recent Office Assistant or Receptionist experience
