About The Position

The Starbucks Supervisor is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Starbucks location, ensuring excellent customer service, product quality, cleanliness, and team accountability. This position helps lead employees during assigned shifts and ensures standards are followed consistently.

Requirements

Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry required
Ability to work successfully in a team environment and promote teamwork
Strong leadership, time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively use problem solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology systems
Evenings and weekend availability

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred
Previous experience with Starbucks prefered

Responsibilities

Support daily Starbucks operations, including opening, closing, production, service, and restocking.
Ensure drinks and food items are prepared according to Starbucks standards and recipes.
Provide direction, coaching, and support to baristas and food service employees.
Monitor customer service, speed of service, product quality, and cleanliness.
Ensure employees follow uniform, attendance, safety, sanitation, and workplace expectations.
Assist with inventory, ordering, product rotation, and waste control.
Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Communicate staffing, equipment, product, and employee concerns to management.
Support a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment.
