About The Position

Our portfolio includes luggage carts, smart locker systems, mobility rentals (ECVs, wheelchairs, and strollers), massage chairs, medallion collectibles, and a variety of guest and passenger services designed to enhance the visitor experience. This job offers a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule all in an exciting atmosphere. The Locker Manager is responsible for the cart units and massage chairs, keep equipment clean and in working order.

Requirements

  • Six month successful work experience (unless currently a student).
  • Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), Homeland Security clearance requirements and reference checks.
  • Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to be airport badged required
  • Valid Driver License required

Nice To Haves

  • Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.
  • Displays confidence and competence in fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable speaking to the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Manually move carts throughout the airport with emphasis on the international arrivals area. Return carts back into the secure Federal Inspection Area daily.
  • Clean carts and cart rental units as needed.
  • General customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport as performing primary job functions.
  • Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate with peers, maintenance and management to improve business operations.
  • Adaptable to operational change.
  • Other duties as assigned by management
