About The Position

We are seeking a Location Manager to oversee the daily operations at a customer’s place of business. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing on-site inventory, and ensuring superior customer service. The position will begin with training in Houston before transitioning to full-time leadership in Pearland.

Requirements

Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to develop and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis.
A valid driver’s license.
Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

A Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred).
Industrial Supply or HVAC experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Managing overall daily on-site operations at the customer’s location.
Supporting customer product ordering and selection needs.
Ensuring compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory.
Delivering operational excellence through KPI achievement.
Maintaining an organized, well-labeled, and accurate inventory.
Partnering with internal teams to share and escalate relevant customer information.
Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer and internal issues.
Leading by example and demonstrating the company’s Core Values in all activities.
