About The Position

The Location Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering premium, luxury-driven guest experiences within a distinguished Hospitality company and the official Forbes Travel Guides private aviation environment at BOI Airport. As a key figure in a well-established organization with over 30 years of industry leadership, this individual will lead a high-performing team focused on excellence in service, sales, and operational precision. By fostering a culture of excellence and driving strategic growth, the Location Manager ensures every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of the organization. Our client serves the luxury auto rental needs of the private jet industry, high-profile business leaders, and Sports & Entertainment celebrities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in luxury service, hospitality, or private aviation environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within high-end service operations
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Strong sales expertise with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets
  • Unwavering commitment to superior guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and elite service setting
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and operational management systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and evaluating staff; clearly communicating expectations and performance standards
  • Achieve sales and operational objectives by contributing actionable insights and recommendations to strategic planning and performance reviews
  • Meet financial targets by forecasting needs, preparing annual budgets, managing expenditures, analyzing variances, implementing corrective measures, and determining fleet requirements
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan and quota structure aligned with national business goals
  • Expand the guest base through team coaching, relationship-building with key clients, identifying new opportunities, and delivering outstanding guest service
  • Recommend fleet enhancements and service innovations by analyzing market trends, consumer needs, and competitive activity
  • Identify and target group guests who support Go Rentals’ growth without overlapping with FBO priorities
  • Leverage diverse prospecting tools to actively pursue and secure new business opportunities
  • Follow up on all leads and inquiries promptly, qualifying prospects to drive revenue and performance outcomes
  • Design and implement targeted account plans to maximize revenue and meet budgeted objectives
  • Maintain full operational coverage by ensuring appropriate staffing and scheduling to support all business functions
  • Oversee field operations on-site, managing field schedules responsibly and effectively
  • Ensure strict compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations, as well as FBO and hotel operational requirements
  • Uphold full adherence to Go Rentals’ internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals, including outside sales calls, prospecting, site inspections, and client entertainment as defined
  • Maintain full compliance with all Go Rentals policies and procedures in all activities
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
