About The Position

Murray's Collision Group has been part of the Puget Sound community since 1984. We are looking for a Location Manager to lead our Port Orchard area shop. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines full estimating responsibilities with day-to-day shop management.   • Experience writing accurate repair estimates, supplements, and repair plans using CCC ONE with proper P-Pages and RACE Guides
  • Experience completing walk-in estimates and UPD documentation
  • Experience participating in DFR with technicians
  • Experience mapping vehicles thoroughly following company color-code guidelines
  • Experience ensuring repair plans comply with DRP guidelines and insurance carrier requirements
  • Experience sourcing and ordering required parts and documenting parts status in CCC ONE
  • Experience verifying that technicians pull correct OEM repair procedures
  • Experience explaining the repair process, claims flow, payment procedures, and target delivery dates to customers
  • Experience maintaining positive working relationships with customers, adjusters, agents, fleets, and partners
  • Experience supporting CSR as needed including answering phones and providing customer updates
  • Experience ensuring excellent service delivery to support CSI and NPS goals
  • Experience leading daily production meetings and communicating repair plan status with technicians
  • Experience monitoring repair progress and notifying the front office when target dates require adjustment
  • Experience ensuring repair orders remain accurate, current, and ready for billing prior to completion
  • Experience supporting training and development in estimating best practices
  • Experience maintaining compliance with DRP guidelines and documentation requirements

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site leader and manager for the shop location
  • Oversee daily workflow and ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process
  • Provide direction, guidance, and support to shop team members
  • Uphold and promote the company Mission Statement and Guiding Principles
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
  • Act as the on-site decision-maker to resolve issues, escalate concerns, and maintain accountability
  • Travel between Murray's locations as needed
  • Write accurate repair estimates, supplements, and repair plans using CCC ONE with proper P-Pages and RACE Guides
  • Complete walk-in estimates and UPD documentation; email estimates within 24 hours
  • Participate in DFR with technicians to identify all necessary repairs
  • Map all vehicles thoroughly following company color-code guidelines
  • Ensure repair plans comply with DRP guidelines and insurance carrier requirements
  • Source and order required parts and document parts status in CCC ONE
  • Verify that technicians pull correct OEM repair procedures
