About The Position
Neko is redefining prevention by making data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalized, actionable insights. This role involves overseeing and managing the design process across various construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design development, facilitating communication across stakeholders, and ensuring that designs align with project objectives and Neko Health’s wider goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in architecture, design management, project management, or a related role within the construction industry.
- Strong design skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams and manage complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Broad knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g. Revit) and project management tools.
Responsibilities
- Honor and fulfil Neko brand's experience principles
- Develop Testfits, Layouts and Interior Design
- Collaborate with Project Managers
- Source and Train Design Consultants
- Review Basebuild Design Information
- Develop Building Briefs and Programming
- Lead Design Handoff to Consultants and General Contractors
- Review Tender Returns from a Design Standpoint
- Review Drawing Sets
- Attend Project Meetings
- Perform Site Visits and High-level snagging
- Manage External Communication Related to Design
- Lead Design Team Meetings
- Contribute to Neko’s Location Design Playbook and Standards
