Local Class A positions available! We offer options to accommodate your trucking career goals, including OTR, Dedicated, and Local routes. Local positions offer daily home time, predictable pay, shift options, and bonus opportunities. We also have Solo OTR positions for those who prefer to drive alone, offering steady pay and the ability to average 2,500+ miles per week with performance pay incentives. For those looking to accelerate pay potential, Team driving offers higher miles and paychecks, starting at $.55 CPM with priority loads allowing teams to average 5,000 miles per week. Additionally, a Lease Purchase program is available for those who want to run their own mini-business, with the potential to earn up to $3,500/week and receive 24/7 backup. Driver Mentor opportunities are also available, offering incentives up to $25,000/year for helping new drivers.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week (Solo OTR)
- Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM
- Team drivers receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months
- Lease Purchase program participants can earn as much as $3,500/week
- Driver Mentors can earn up to $25,000/year in incentives
- Driver Mentors earn an extra $200/week, plus $1,000 in bonus opportunities for each trainee

Responsibilities
- Drive over-the-road (OTR) to run the most miles and maximize pay.
- Operate in a Dedicated lane with steady miles and pay, getting home weekly.
- Work Local routes with daily home time, predictable pay, and shift options.
- Drive solo with freedom and steady pay, averaging 2,500+ miles per week.
- Team drive to accelerate pay potential, averaging 5,000 miles per week.
- Participate in a Lease Purchase program to run a mini-business.
- Act as a Driver Mentor to help the next generation of drivers and earn incentives.
