Local Truck Driver - Dedicated
About The Position
This is a Local Truck Driver position for a dedicated route. Drivers will be home daily and can expect 100% no-touch freight. The schedule is rotating, with options of 6 days on followed by a 34-hour restart, or 5 days on with 2 days off. Drivers will average 1,250 miles per week, completing 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip. Occasional 10-hour breaks on the road may be required. The position offers an average weekly pay of $1,200, with an annual earning potential of up to $70,000. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered, paid in installments during the first 6 months.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A driving experience.
- Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test.
- Clean MVR (No SAP).
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the distribution center daily.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Drive a truck on a dedicated route, returning home daily.
- Complete 1-3 routes per day with 1-3 stops per trip.
- Operate 100% no-touch freight.
- Adhere to a rotating schedule of 6 days on / 34-hour restart or 5 days on / 2 days off.
