We are seeking a dynamic and personable Local Store Marketer to join UNO Pizzeria in Long Island City, NY. This role is perfect for someone comfortable with face-to-face interaction and passionate about building relationships within the local community. You will be the key driver in creating and maintaining strong connections with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to increase brand awareness and grow our customer base beyond the four walls of the store.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident with face-to-face interaction and building relationships in person.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing projects.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support events and activities.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in social media marketing and content creation is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Long Island City community and local business landscape is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) for creating quick local flyers, signage assets, or social graphics.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with local businesses, schools, and community groups to establish and nurture relationships.
• Represent UNO Pizzeria at onsite and offsite marketing events, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives and campaigns that increase brand visibility and sales.
• Manage and cultivate the store’s social media presence to connect with the community and promote upcoming events and specials.
• Collaborate with store management and corporate marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention efforts in the local area.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for partnerships and community involvement that enhance the UNO Pizzeria brand.
