About The Position

This position monitors daily package center operations and oversees the processing of outbound parcels at package center facilities. He/She conducts pre-operation checks, manages sorting and loading operations, and performs post-operation functions. This position ensures outbound packages are processed, loaded, and leave the building on time. He/She supervises part-time supervisors, administrative staff, loaders, and sorters.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Ensures implementation and maintenance of a Comprehensive Health and Safety plan.
