About The Position

WTOL 11 is seeking a Local Sales Manager to drive daily revenue performance with a strong focus on digital, CTV, streaming, and new business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role centered on coaching, accountability, and execution.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of media sales experience
  • Strong performance as a seller or emerging leader
  • Experience selling or supporting digital, CTV, or streaming solutions
  • Ability to drive activity and accountability
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Desire to grow into senior leadership roles

Responsibilities

  • Drive daily sales activity, including client meetings, pipeline growth, and new business development
  • Enforce digital-first selling behavior across all proposals and client strategies
  • Coach Account Executives on prospecting, discovery, and integrated selling
  • Lead weekly pipeline reviews and performance conversations
  • Participate in client meetings to support closing and strategy
  • Partner with digital and Premion teams to build effective proposals
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Create a high-performance, accountable sales culture
