About The Position

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Non-CDL Local Route Driver to join its Operations team. The driver safely operates a company vehicle according to their licensing and manages an assigned local route while providing exceptional customer service. The role supports secure, timely service to clients and helps maintain Iron Mountain’s reputation.

Requirements

• One year of experience in route transportation or a similar field.
• Knowledge of safe driving practices, vehicle maintenance, and local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including DOT regulations.
• Customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Physical ability to carry, lift, and maneuver materials as required by the role.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate and maintain company vehicles for scheduled pickups and deliveries, following Department of Transportation (DOT) and Iron Mountain safety regulations.
• Manage route logistics from start to finish, including securely loading, transporting, and unloading materials without assistance.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with dispatch, warehouse teams, and clients to address service needs.
• Represent Iron Mountain through strong customer service and professional conduct.
