About The Position

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring a Local Delivery Driver Trainee in Marion, IL. This role offers a career in driving without requiring you to spend every night away from home. The company provides training and support to help qualified candidates work toward obtaining a Class A CDL. You will deliver and stock Pepsi products at local businesses, load and unload products, build positive relationships with customers, manage an assigned route and daily schedule, and learn safe driving, inspections, and route sales procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Willing and able to obtain a Class A CDL and DOT medical card
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, motivated, and customer-focused

• No CDL required initially, training provided
