About The Position

SASR Workforce Solutions is seeking reliable, punctual, and collaborative individuals to join their team as local merchandisers in or around Corydon, Indiana. As a key member of the SASR team, you will represent the company professionally, show respect to clients and customers, and work with team members to complete projects on time and within budget. Projects typically last 14 weeks and involve teams of 17-34 people working within a retail store under the guidance of a SASR Leader.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from the job site (from home or hotel)
• Ability to take direction and work within a team, either large or small
• Ability to read and understand planograms
• Prior knowledge of basic merchandising

Responsibilities

• Move gondolas and various fixtures using move equipment (skates, scorpions, etc)
• Tear down and build various fixtures within a retail store
• Re-merchandise sections that have been moved with new modulars, as well as merchandise newly built sections of the store
• Resetting shelves, peg hooks, and various merchandising fixtures and systems to updated planograms/modulars
• Setting tags to sections according to modulars
• Merchandising sections, maintaining top stock and back stock appropriately per guidelines
• Fill end caps and displays with seasonably correct items
• Place and/or set displays and runs as appropriate to plan and department
