About The Position

E.A. Sween is hiring experienced Overnight Delivery Drivers in Lewisville, TX. This is an active, hands-on delivery job where you will drive a 26-ft box truck on local routes delivering fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores. Responsibilities include unloading product at each stop, checking in deliveries using a tablet, collecting empty trays, and maintaining safety and efficiency on your route. No CDL is required, but a minimum of 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle is necessary. This role offers a home-daily schedule with consistent, full-time work in an independent environment.

Requirements

• 6 months of experience driving a box truck or larger vehicle
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• MVR that meets company guidelines
• Comfortable working overnight, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull up to 300 lbs. using a four-wheel dolly
• Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing in and out of the truck
• Comfortable using GPS, written directions, and a delivery tablet
• Ability to work in warehouse temperatures of approximately 38–70°F and outdoor weather conditions
• Must pass required DOT physical, drug screen, physical assessment, background check, and MVR review

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-ft box truck on local overnight routes
• Deliver fresh food products to 7-Eleven stores
• Unload product at each stop
• Check in deliveries accurately using a tablet
• Collect empty trays from store locations
• Verify orders and complete required paperwork
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain truck cleanliness
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Provide professional customer service at every stop
