About The Position
Waste Connections is hiring a Local Garbage Truck Driver at its site in Edinburg, Texas. The driver operates a residential garbage truck with another driver on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a 5:00 a.m. start and typically a 10-or-more-hour workday.
Requirements
- Class A or B CDL.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 65 pounds throughout a 10-or-more-hour shift.
