This position is for a Local Garbage Truck Driver in Pflugerville, TX, responsible for driving a Residential Garbage Truck with another driver on specified routes to collect solid waste and transport it to appropriate disposal sites. The job is extremely physical, involving taking turns working on the back of the garbage truck. New hires will be on a driver/driver team for 6-12 months before having the opportunity for promotion to other routes.
