About The Position

Home every night and weekend, so you can be with your family. This position offers first shift hours and involves driving Flatbed and Curtain Side trailers, with no tarping required. You will be responsible for properly securing loads, accurate and timely delivery of freight, handling customer product returns, managing Proof of Delivery paperwork, interacting professionally with customers, maintaining daily safety checklists and DOT inspections, and maintaining electronic logbooks and trip reports. You will also direct the unloading by customers when required.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 21 years of age
- 3+ years of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience
- Safe Driving Record
- Ability to secure loads
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- Moffett experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Properly secure loads. NO tarping – ONLY strapping
- Accurate and timely delivery of freight and handling of customer product returns when required
- Manage Proof of Delivery paperwork from customers
- Interact professionally with customers and communicate customer issues
- Maintain daily safety checklist and perform all required DOT inspections
- Maintain electronic logbook and complete trip reports
- Direct the unloading by customers, when required
