Local Delivery Driver
About The Position
As part of our Delivery Team, you will safely operate a 26’ straight truck throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area, delivering windows, doors, and related products to residential and commercial job sites. You will load, unload, and place products using safe lifting techniques and equipment, verify delivery accuracy, and inspect products for quality. The role also involves providing professional customer service, communicating delivery updates, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, complying with DOT and company safety standards, and assisting with warehouse operations in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class C TX driver's license with a safe driving record
- At least 21 yrs old
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and non-DOT drug test
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50lbs. frequently
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- 1 year experience safely operating a 26’ straight truck
- 6+ months warehouse, delivery, material handling experience
