Local Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of Western Pacific at new home construction sites across your region. You’ll do more than move material—you’ll deliver value through exceptional service, organized handling, and positive, professional interactions. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of delivery experience in a similar environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license (non-CDL) with a clean DMV record required
- Must be physically capable of lifting doors and millwork up to 100 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to maintain a helpful and professional demeanor and appearance with customers
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Perform job site deliveries by unloading material, stacking it in an organized manner, and documenting all delivery details
- Communicate delivery circumstances clearly to the customer with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Handle pickups and returns from job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Demonstrate Western Pacific’s values in every customer and employee interaction
