About The Position

This position involves delivering products to assigned fountain equipment accounts and vending equipment locations on an established route, across a variety of weather conditions. Responsibilities include stocking equipment, collecting cash/change, invoicing customers, and collecting applicable payments. The role also requires daily settlement of all cash and charges, and potentially placing orders for future products. Minor repairs on vending and/or fountain equipment may be required. The job involves significant physical activity, including lifting, loading, pushing/pulling cases (20-45 pounds repeatedly over 10-12 hour periods), pushing a hand truck, reaching, bending, and squatting.

Requirements

18 years or older.
21 years or older if Valid U.S. CDL required.
Physical capabilities test (if applicable).
Valid U.S. CDL with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable).
Pass DOT physical and DOT Road Test (if applicable).
Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Nice To Haves

Operating trucks requiring a Valid U.S. CDL license (e.g., performing basic functions like driving forwards, driving backwards, or maneuvering in tight spaces, etc.).
Merchandising products (e.g., filling shelves, building displays, making products look attractive on shelves, rotating product, cleaning shelves, replacing out of stocks, removing out of date products, etc.).
Operating equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, breakdowns, etc.).

Responsibilities

Deliver products to assigned fountain equipment accounts.
Perform minor repairs on vending and/or fountain equipment.
Invoice customers and collect applicable payment.
Responsible for daily settlement of all cash and charges.
Place order for future products to be delivered at the next scheduled call to the account.
Drive to vending equipment locations on an established route.
Fill equipment with product.
Remove cash/change from equipment and print invoice.
Update tags and Point of Sale (POS) on equipment as needed.
Stock vending equipment and collect cash/change.
Deliver products and execute all promotions.
Service all scheduled customers by the end of shift.
Merchandise all accounts to local standards.
Settle cash and reconcile to truck inventory.
Follow DOT Regulations.
Comply with operating procedures (e.g., scan-in/scan-out, following designated route, etc.).
Maintain regular, reliable, predictable attendance.
