About The Position
Davis Cartage Co. is hiring a local Class A Truck Driver to join our team in Corunna, MI. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day-shift position with weekends off. Drivers can expect approximately 10-14 hour days with steady, year-round work and average earnings of $75,000 per year. Pay is weekly and work is steady. Davis Cartage Co. is a common carrier operating primarily throughout Michigan. Our fleet includes Freightliner Cascadias, day cabs, sleepers, and 53' dry vans. We are proud to have been serving the transportation, warehousing, and logistics industry since 1941.
Requirements
- Class A CDL
- 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR
- Pass a drug screen
- Pass a physical
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A truck
- Transport goods primarily throughout Michigan
- Adhere to a Monday through Friday day-shift schedule
- Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
