About The Position
We are currently seeking professional Class A CDL Drivers for a local intermodal position operating out of Toledo. This W2 position offers a consistent local freight, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule that guarantees you are home daily. Drivers will operate slip-seat day cabs, servicing freight within a 300-mile radius of Toledo while managing standard local variables such as traffic and seasonal weather.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Minimum 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
- Must reside within 30 miles of Toledo, OH.
Nice To Haves
- Drivers must be comfortable managing standard metropolitan traffic and variable weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Operate slip-seat day cabs, servicing freight within a 300-mile radius of Toledo.
- Manage standard local variables such as traffic and seasonal weather.
- Pick up from Toledo/Columbus rail yards and deliver to customers.
- Pick up from customers and ingate into the rail yards.
