Local Class A CDL Driver (No Touch, Home Daily)
About The Position
We are seeking a Local Class A CDL Driver for a no-touch freight position, ensuring you are home daily. This role offers multiple pay streams, including Mileage Band Pay, guaranteed Stop Pay, and Detention Pay, to boost your weekly revenue. You will be driving modern, late-model day cabs with automatic transmissions. All loads are 100% no-touch freight, meaning all unloads are handled by store receivers, eliminating physical labor for the driver. Routes originate daily from our Distribution Center in Casa Grande, AZ, and operate within a 225-mile radius, delivering to retail stores. Drivers will manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL driving experience.
- Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift, including weekends and night/early AM dispatches.
- Must live within 50 miles of Casa Grande, AZ.
- Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
Responsibilities
- Safely execute local/regional loops delivering directly to retail stores within a strict 225-mile radius of the DC.
- Manage 8 to 15 loads per week, with an average of 3 to 4 store stops per load.
- Operate a daily slip-seat day cab operation.
- Commute daily to the Casa Grande distribution center using reliable personal transportation.
