About The Position

This is a local CDL Class A Driver position for a dedicated grocery fleet, operating out of the Fredericksburg, VA hub. Drivers will serve stores across Virginia and Maryland, covering approximately 1,180 miles weekly. The schedule involves working 5 days a week with evening start times (19:00–21:00) and 12–14 hour shifts, with two consecutive days off, ensuring drivers are home daily. This role is physically demanding, requiring the use of electric pallet jacks for trailer loading, unloading, and backhauls.

Requirements

• Active Class A CDL.
• 3 months of CDL-A experience within the last 36 months.
• Must pass DOT physical, urine, and hair follicle drug screenings.
• Personal vehicle required for daily terminal commute.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle on local routes.
• Serve stores across VA and MD from the Fredericksburg, VA hub.
• Complete approximately 1,180 miles weekly.
• Work 5 days on with evening start times (19:00–21:00) and 12–14 hour shifts.
• Utilize electric pallet jacks for trailer loading, unloading, and backhauls.
