About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a Local CDL A Delivery Driver who is passionate about driving and looking for more home time. In this role, you will build relationships with customers while delivering essential food products to various establishments such as restaurants, schools, hospitals, and universities. The position offers day shifts and local routes, ensuring you are home every day. Responsibilities include unloading cases up to 100 lbs using a ramp and two-wheeler. Gordon Food Service emphasizes safety, security, and valuing its employees.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age.
Class A CDL License Required.
Must be able to operate a 10 Speed manual.
Ability to operate a two-wheel cart with loads of up to 350 pounds.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs throughout the shift.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Successfully pass a drug test (including marijuana) and a background check.
Clean driving record as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
Must be registered through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide electronic consent.

Nice To Haves

Food and or Beverage food delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities
