About The Position

Acme Transportation is seeking company drivers for 2nd shift home daily positions. This is an intermodal driving role involving local pick-ups and deliveries between rail yards and warehouses to customers. The 2nd shift duties include returning empty containers and chassis to various railyards and depots, as well as pre-pulling loads to one of our yard locations. The typical shift is from 6pm to 6am, with occasional flexibility for early starts or late finishes. This is a full-time, hourly position offering a competitive rate and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum of Two Years of experience.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Show dedication and longevity at previous employment.
• No refusals of dispatch.
• Willing to run all legal hours of service.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent MVR.
• Intermodal experience is a must!
• Must be able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Manual Transmission is a plus!
