About The Position

Local Delivery Driver Needed (Bilingual) MUST SPEAK ENGLISH & SPANISH. This is a full-time position with 40+ hours per week, working 5 to 6 days a week, Monday through Friday, and sometimes Saturdays. The role involves wholesale warehouse delivering dry grocery/drink products to various retail locations. Responsibilities include loading inventory onto the truck, unloading at customer sites, and ensuring inventory acknowledgment. A helper may be provided for routes requiring broken-down pallets. Promptness, truck cleanliness, and vehicle maintenance (oil, DEF, tire pressure) are essential. Some troubleshooting may be expected, along with outstanding time and attendance, and customer satisfaction at each stop. Communication with the dispatcher is a must.

Requirements

Must be over 26 years old.
Must have 1+ year of box truck (26 footer+) driving experience.
Clean Driving Record for over 3 years.
Clean Background.
Must pass the Drug Screening & periodically drug tests could be asked.
Must pass the Background Check Screening.
Must pass pre-employment tests if applicable.
Valid & Clean Florida DL.
Experienced manual/electric pallet jack operator.
Continuous physical labor is required, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering pallets, boxes, carts, or equipment, some of which may be heavy (30+ pounds) or awkward.

Custom to heavy lifting and organization of independence with routes.

Responsibilities

Performs routine inspections of vehicles on a daily basis and supplies to ensure road safety.
Plans route to and from customers' businesses and avoids traffic, accident, and/or construction sites.
Expect to do pick-ups at certain times of the week.
Returns from clients to be on record of the invoice and reported on the group chat for Drivers.
Assure merchandise has been received & approved by the client by checking with the client on drop off.
Reporting damages, returns/credits given or requested by customer.
Bonus eligibility for no accident & traffic tickets within 1 year.
