About The Position
Join our vibrant team at The Mather, where we create meaningful moments every day. As a Lobby Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents, families, and guests—providing a warm welcome, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional concierge services. This is a full-time hourly position. Weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability required.
Requirements
- College or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with older adults.
- Willingness to be part of a self-directed team.
- Valid drivers' license and excellent driving record.
- Service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills; ability to multi-task.
- MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents, visitors, and team members with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide concierge services including information, assistance, and coordination of resident requests.
- Monitor lobby area to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Support transportation coordination for residents in a safe and enjoyable manner.
- Provides administrative support for the update, storage and distribution of directories, Concierge handbook, safety and emergency procedures, parking assignments, training materials and participation, and other documents.
- Collaborate with a self-directed team to ensure seamless front desk operations.
- Demonstrate “Nextraordinary” service behaviors that enhance the resident experience.
