About The Position

Serve guest needs by assisting the Bartender and completing guest requests. Clear, clean and set-up bar, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Stock bar station with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of beverage related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Maui Liquor Card
• ServSafe (within 3 months)
• Tuberculosis Clearance
