About The Position

Join our Team as a Lobby Host at Citizens First Bank! Are you a people person with a passion for joyful customer service? Citizens First Bank is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Lobby Host at our Spanish Springs Branch! As a Lobby Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This is a shared role with a rotating schedule of one week on, one week off.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, one year in a customer service/retail environment.
• Must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision.
• Must have the ability to meet and greet internal and external customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in branch activities and displaying positive behavior.
• Must be detail oriented, have good general math skills, letter composition and typing skills.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and skilled in using a 10-key calculator and a multi-line phone system.

Nice To Haves

• Previous greeting, hosting or reception experience in a banking or related environment.
• Completed CFT courses in Banking Today

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their banking needs, whether it's opening an account, making a deposit, or simply asking a question.
• Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or representative.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, ensuring a positive and professional environment.
• Promote bank products and services, offering solutions tailored to our customers' needs.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve branch goals.
